OUR
FOUNDER
Our founder, Chef Sahil Sonavdekar is an alumnus of the prestigious BHMS hotel and business management school based in Luzern Switzerland.
After graduation, he honed his skills in cities like Zurich and New York.
He mastered his European and American culinary arts there, which inspired him to design and curate a menu for Twistie's. He also provides his expertise as a culinary and kitchen consultant to various independent projects across the country.

Twistie's had its humble beginnings in 2015 in a mere 5 seater restaurant in Thane Panchpakadi. Looking at the response we decided to start a bigger location with a bigger spread. After trying various concepts like food trucks and corporate canteens, we finally opened up our café in Hyde park, Hiranandani Thane .

Our philosophy has been simple "Great food with great portions at a Great price" which is why we enjoy almost a cult following for our specialties like Twistie's fried chicken, coffees and wraps . Chef Ashok has been instrumental in our journey, a former sous chef who took up the duties of an executive chef and has been churning out lip-smacking food all these years.
